Dear participants, welcome to Berlin on the occasion of the Berlin Dance Festival 2024!
How to get there ...To the venue…
By car:
Please take northern directions to get to Falkplatz. There are no car parkings and parking on the public streets requires a fee.
We do recommend to take public transportations…
By public transportation:
There are some railway (Gesundbrunnen) and underground stations (e.g. U2 | Eberswalder Straße) in walking distance. The closest tram stop to the venue is at Eberswalder Straße: M10 gets you here from Berlin main station within a few minutes.
At the venue
Doors open on Friday at 7:45am, on Saturday and Sunday at 8:00am.
When entering the arena all bags are checked. So please reduce the number of bags to a minimum. Checked bags are marked by a tag. This is for our common safety.
Inside the arena you will find several dancesport retailers, the info-point/ticket office and the check-in.
There are several dressing rooms. Hall A/B and hall C have dressing rooms for the participating couples of those tournaments taking place there.
The majority of dressing rooms and especially for the european championships resp. the arena competitions are on level -1. Please use the stairways from the arena level 0 to get to these dressing rooms.
Friday morning there are dressing rooms at hall C available only and the remaining dressing rooms are accessible at 11:30am.
Please take care of your valuables and do not leave any in the dressing rooms. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss. There are some safe deposit boxes in the entrance area.
There are some catering options inside the arena. However, couples are allowed to take their own beverages (no glas bottles!) and reasonable snacks for their own needs into the venue.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside and is prohibited inside the venue complex. Animals are not allowed inside the venue.
